Minimum Night Requirements:
  • June through October: Do not leave 1 night open between bookings. Please call for exceptions
  • July and August: Ocean front homes subject to a 5 night minimum (unless filling in a gap)
  • Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, and other holidays subject to minimum night requirements
  • Weekends: If splitting up a weekend, 2 nights will be charged at weekend rates and your quote will NOT reflect the correct amount
  • NOTE: One night charged immediately and balance charged 30 days prior to stay
