There are always plenty of reasons to visit Lincoln City and stay in one of our eclectic Oregon vacation homes. Even when there’s no reason it’s still just a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the scenic coast of the Pacific Northwest for a few days. Learn to Cook New Orleans Style

If you have a passion for cooking and eating, a visit to Lincoln City’s Culinary Center should be on your itinerary. This Saturday, March 1, Chef Sharon Wiest will be hosting a 3-hour New Orleans Cooking Demo starting at 11 a.m. for only $55. Run, Jog or Watch the Race

Lincoln City’s 5^th Annual Half Marathon and 10K race takes place this Sunday, March 2 at 9 a.m. Even if you aren’t up for participating, it’s inspiring and energizing to watch the runners make their way through the courses starting at Wapiti Park on Drift Creek Road. You just might be inspired to spend a day outdoors as a result.

Indoor Farmers & Crafters Market

If running or watching runners isn’t your thing, perhaps an indoor farmers market featuring local foods and the finest crafters in the area might be more your speed. The market takes place inside the Lincoln City Cultural Center at 540 N.E. Highway 101 on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A Colorful Cultural Experience

If you’re an art lover, you’ll definitely want to visit the Lincoln City Cultural Center while staying in one of our Oregon beach house rentals. The center’s Purely Pastel Art Exhibit is running until March 10, but there’s always something worth checking out at this vibrant cultural hub within the local community.
